Cupid Wine Profile
We have a wide variety of wines for every person and "Vinotype!" I will go through some of our wines, their regions and taste profiles and why they might fit your wine personality! Our first wine on this series is our Cupid! While it is sweet, it is tantalizingly so good, that it is perfect for both the sensitive and tolerant vinotypes!
CUPID-
Variety: 55% Zinfandel, 40% Merlot, and 5% Petite Sirah
Tasting Notes:
This wine has a brilliant red berry color. The aromas lend essences of Bing cherry, fresh cranberry, and red apple. The flavor has elements of fresh raspberries, cranberries, and fresh cherry apple cobbler. This medium-bodied wine is filled with fresh fruit flavors, a crisp acidity, and a long finish filled with red fruit and cranberry.
Food pairing suggestions:
This is an excellent wine to be served with pizza Marguerite, ribs with a spicy rub and coated with a Memphis barbecue sauce, or grilled salmon in a garlic teriyaki sauce.
